As a Customer Success Representative, your job would be to support, train, and assist existing accounts, in setup, training, and support, while developing strategies and systems that improve the client experience. This may include doing minor sales activity where an existing user needs upgrades or plan changes but will consist of supporting existing accounts rather than acquiring new ones.
Your responsibilities will include phone, email, and GoToMeeting. You’ll be interacting with customer requests and following up by phone and email. Much of your job will be assisting current customers with minor technical issues and helping these clients implement our software successfully.
