Your responsibilities will include phone, email, and GoToMeeting. You’ll be interacting with customer requests and following up by phone and email and scheduling meetings. Much of your job will be out-reach and response to current customers, resolving minor technical issues and helping these clients implement our software successfully.
1+ Years work experience (Mortgage, Real Estate, Sales, or Marketing Experience preferred). Excellent interpersonal communication skills: Friendly, personable, and conversational.
